Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. International orders may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Not totally stoked with your gear? No worries, mate! We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy Highlights

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging required
  • Proof of purchase must accompany return

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Surf Wax (opened or used products)
  • Traction Pads (if removed from backing)
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Return an Item

  1. Request Authorization: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our surf-obsessed team will review your request within 2 business days and send return instructions.
  3. Package It Up: Securely pack your item(s) using the original packaging.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our warehouse (we’ll provide the address). Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem!

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Include a note specifying what you’d like to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Refund Information

Timing

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
  • It may take 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.

Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If you paid with PayPal, it will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
